Publicover Media does not control platform billing, ad disapprovals, or account restrictions. The client is responsible for all marketing and production expenses in their budget. Publicover Media will not be held liable for any losses.

No. Publicover Media MusicX is a month-to-month recurring subscription billed to your debit or credit card on file with your Publicover Media account. We allow every client to cancel anytime, no strings-attached. We desire to help our clients out to the greatest extent possible, but we understand life happens or the artist may choose to go in a different direction. We will still be a fan and cheering you on! If you want to cancel for any reason, you can by logging into your Publicover Media account and canceling Publicover Media MusicX. In addition, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for every client. Refunds apply only to the initial payment within 30 calendar days. Subsequent billing cycles are non refundable once charged.
