By engaging Publicover Media for any service — including WebsiteX website builds, AdsX advertising campaign management, and MusicX release campaign management — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.
Publicover Media provides creative infrastructure services including but not limited to website design and development (WebsiteX / buildOS), paid advertising strategy and campaign management (AdsX / campaignOS), music release campaign strategy and management (MusicX / releaseOS), and related creative and digital services.
The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in the project scope or plan agreed upon prior to commencement of work. All scope agreements are confirmed in writing via email or project documentation.
Payment for services is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize Publicover Media to charge the agreed amount to your selected payment method.
campaignOS pricing reflects the monthly management fee for strategy, creative, campaign management, and reporting. Ad spend is not included in monthly management pricing. Client pays platform ad spend directly through their own ad accounts. Final platform mix depends on business type, audience, offer, and campaign goals.
The client owns and is responsible for their own advertising accounts (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and for all amounts charged by those platforms. Recommended ad spend ranges shown on our pricing are guidance only and are not a guarantee of results, reach, or performance.
Advertising results depend on factors outside Publicover Media's control, including platform policies, auction dynamics, market conditions, the client's offer, and creative inputs. Publicover Media does not guarantee any specific level of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, return on ad spend, or other outcome. The client is responsible for ensuring their ads, offers, and landing pages comply with all applicable platform policies and laws.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, content delivery, and feedback turnaround. Publicover Media will communicate any material delays in advance. Timelines do not constitute a guarantee.
Client is responsible for providing all required materials (copy, images, brand assets, account access, credentials) in a timely manner. Delays caused by late delivery of client materials may affect the timeline without obligation on Publicover Media's part.
Each project includes one structured round of revisions as described in the project scope. Additional revisions or scope changes requested after the initial revision round may be subject to additional fees, communicated and agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project, including website code, visual designs, ad creative, and written copy. Publicover Media retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Publicover Media retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.
To cancel a subscription plan (buildOS, releaseOS), you must submit a written cancellation request to Publicover Media at hello@publicovermedia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
campaignOS (AdsX) monthly plans may be canceled by submitting a written cancellation request before the next monthly billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; the month already in progress is not refunded, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable.
For project-based work, cancellation after commencement may result in a fee for work completed to date, not to exceed the total project value.
Publicover Media's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project or service in question. This limit excludes platform advertising spend, which is paid by the client directly to the platforms. Publicover Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Publicover Media operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding.
Publicover Media reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
